Frequently Asked Questions
Real questions from people who’ve connected their bank data. If yours isn’t here, use the form above.
ZentroData uses a secure bank connection service trusted by thousands of financial apps. You authorize the connection once through a standard login flow and your credentials are never stored by ZentroData. The connection is read-only.
No. Transactions are fetched from your bank and written directly to your Google Sheet. ZentroData does not store your transaction data in its own database.
Most major US banks and credit unions are supported, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, and hundreds more. If you’re unsure whether your bank is covered, start a free trial and check during setup.
By default, syncs run once daily. You can adjust the schedule or trigger a manual sync at any time from your dashboard.
Yes. You can connect multiple bank accounts and ZentroData will pull transactions from all of them into your Google Sheet.
ZentroData requests access to the specific Sheet you grant us access to during onboarding. It does NOT access your entire Drive, your email, or any other Google data. The permission is scoped to Sheets operations only.
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial. Your first sync runs as soon as you connect your bank and your sheet.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and your data stays in your Google Sheet regardless.
Everything that has already synced stays in your Google Sheet. It’s your data, your spreadsheet. Canceling just stops future syncs.
Bank connections occasionally expire and need to be re-authorized, especially after a password change. ZentroData will notify you when a reconnect is needed and the fix takes about 30 seconds.
